New Technology and Experimental Research on Thick-Walled Tube Fatigue Impact Loading Precision Separation

Traditional separation methods for thick-walled metal tubes include turning and sawing, which suffer from wasted raw material low efficiency. In view of this, this paper proposes a new process using impact load to promote crack generation tube separation. Based on the principles radial repeated load, stress concentration effect fatigue fracture, rapid initiation stable expansion are promoted. addition, mechanism V-notch root cracks under when is in restrained state. For experimental study GCr15 steel tube, multistep decline frequency time control curve with an initial 4 Hz 31 termination 1 8.5 was designed, precision device loaded by pneumatic shock achieve fracture quality evaluation method proposed. According test results, can significantly reduce average accelerate microcracks. Under continuous action loading effectively crack. Moreover, final region has relatively small defects, obtain good quality.
